5 factors of FAT GAIN!!!

I received a lot of positive feedback for my post on the 5 factors of Fat loss, so as a follow up I’ll talk about the complete opposite… packing on FAT!!

After all, who wants to be a skinny little wimp when u can be a big fat hunk of man (or woman).

Of course getting as fat as humanly possibly can be a challenge, remember when Homer Simpson had to struggle to get fat enough to work from home?

So here they are in no partic order:

  1. ALWAYS combine fats with sugars
  2. Ditch the veggies!
  3. Only Exercise when it is en route to the fridge
  4. Reduce your protein intake as much as possible
  5. Carbs, carbs and more carbs, every time of day is a good time!!!

I don’t think I need to go into depth on these because they’re pretty self explanitory… Good Luck on your fat endeavors!!!
